Mizengo Pinda Campus Staff Learn How to Use a New Digital System for Managing Their Employment Data

On November 10th, 2023, Mizengo Pinda Campus staff participated in a training session on utilizing a novel digital system to manage their personal employment data. This system, called Employee Self-Service (ESS), allows staff members to access, review, and update information related to their employment, including their details, pay slips, and benefits. In addition, ESS allows staff members to submit requests, such as station transfer requests.

The developers of the ESS system conducted a training session wherein they elucidated the features and functions of the system and demonstrated the process of accessing and utilizing it. The attendees were allowed to ask questions and offer feedback on the system. The training session was interactive and informative, and the team expressed their gratitude and enthusiasm for the new system.

Implementing the ESS system is anticipated to significantly enhance the efficiency and efficacy of the staff and administration operations and elevate the quality of service delivery at the Mizengo Pinda Campus. It is recommended that the staff utilize the system on a routine basis and communicate any issues or suggestions to the ESS system developers for prompt resolution.
